Pearland gets both kinds of this work, which is unusual. There are still new houses being finished in and around Shadow Creek Ranch, and there are nineties houses across the older parts getting kitchens and bathrooms brought up to date.
New construction is dustier but simpler — nothing is in the way and nobody is living in it. A remodel in an occupied house is the harder one, because the dust has somewhere to go and the people whose bedroom it went into are trying to sleep in there tonight.
